It's a sad fact that an increasing number of people are sustaining injuries as a result of crimes of violence in Scotland and the UK in general. Every day someone falls victim to a needless assault in the street, in the workplace, or even in the home. The severity of these injuries varies greatly, both physically to psychologically.

The Government operates a scheme that provides compensation for the innocent victims of violent crime. Applications can be made to the scheme depending on eligibility. If you are unsure as to whether you are eligible or not, we will be glad to advise you.
